Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–9 business days depending on your location (UK or USA). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress the whole way.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. To start a return, simply email us at Support@icyboothelabel.com with your order number and reason for return — our team will review your request and provide return approval along with instructions before you send the item back.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost. There are no restocking fees. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, simply return your original purchase following our standard return process (email us at Support@icyboothelabel.com with your order number and reason for return), and once approved, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Yes — you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at Support@icyboothelabel.com. After this period, we're unable to guarantee changes, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.
