Order Processing Time

  • During this 24-hour window, you may request an order change or cancellation.
  • Once processing has started, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.
  • All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation and the processing window.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 4 days for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages

Order Changes & Cancellations

You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations. After this period has passed, or once the order has entered processing, modifications are no longer possible.

Türkiye Shipping Information

We ship orders to Türkiye using reliable international carriers. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.

International shipments to Türkiye may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on local regulations. These charges are determined by Turkish customs and must be paid by the customer if they apply.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays which are outside our control.
